Opening May 28 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm, and May 29 8:00am through closing at 8:00 p.m.

• Set-up: Friday May 28 – 5:00 pm through 6:00 pm
• Exhibit time:Friday May 28 6:00 – 9:00 pm
• Exhibit time: Saturday May 29 8:00 am through 8:00 pm
• Tear down Saturday May 29: 8:00 pm though 9:00 pm
Exhibit Area
Space for up to 12 8X8 exhibits – area forms part of the room designated for conference mixer, two networking receptions and breakfast. Refreshment breaks will also be held in the exhibit area – activities and prizes are planned to ensure traffic flows through the exhibit area.
Venue
River Rock Casino Resort, 8811 River Road, Richmond British Columbia – located on the Fraser River, close to the Vancouver International Airport, with ample parking, direct access from rapid transit, 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Hotel accommodation available on site at special conference rates.
Sponsorship Packages
A variety of sponsorship packages are available for the overall conference, mixer and networking events, plenary session featuring internationally acclaimed consultant Alan Weiss as the keynote speaker, lunch, and individual conference sessions.
